  • Arrive at an Enterprise Value using appropriate valuation techniques
  • Develop an Investment Memorandum for investors
Phase 3: Road Show
  • Identifying and selecting appropriate investors for the company
  • Pitch the deal to the prospective investors
  • Elicit investor’s interest in the company
Phase 4: Deal
  • Negotiate the Term Sheet with the Investor
  • Facilitate the due diligence of the target company
  • Formulate the terms of the definitive agreement
